Not only did you come out, but you braved the wind, the rain, and the lightning flashes to make it happen. It is with sincerity, appreciation, and gratitude that I pen these comments to personally thank each one of you for all of your contributions in making all of the aspects of the inaugural activities of the Delta Teacher Efficacy Campaign (DTEC) a success.
